Alejandro Melchor is another designer who went from Blue Rose to Exalted, though his most recent credit is the Modern Age supplement for the AGE system and a race supplement for D&D 4E. It's unfortunate Dawn Elliot the game designer worked on Blue Rose as well as a number of Exalted supplements, including the first edition Abyssals book and the second edition core book. Google wants to point me towards a Michael Elliot, who is a lead designer on Magic:the Gathering, but the only hits on Dawn Elliot is the mother of Ezekiel Elliot.

I can't find a lot of information on Dawn Elliot. He's remained with Wizards since then and is currently the Lead Rules Designer for D&D 5E. He worked on Blue Rose and Mutants & Masterminds until 2008, when he moved to Wizards of the Coast and became a designer on D&D 4E. Jeremy Crawford started in the industry in 2005 with the second edition of Warhammer Fantasy Roleplaying and the first edition of Blue Rose. He's been designing RPGs since 1995 and since 2003 he's been working pretty consistently with GRR, most famously on the Mutants & Masterminds line of superhero RPG but also on the first edition of Blue Rose and the True20 system that was derived from it. Steve Kenson is a name that should be familiar to just about anyone who has followed Green Ronin publications for any length of time. Wayne Miller, Victor Leza Moreno, Johnny Morrow, Mirco Paganessi, Magdalena Pagowska, Tamires Para, Eric Quigley, Aaron Riley, Richard Sashigane, Alida Saxon, Cory Trego-Erdner, Andrey Vasilchenko, and Damon Wesstenhofer.

Editing for the second edition was done by Lynne Hardy, art direction was under Hal Mangold, and Chris Pramas was the publisher. In May of 2017 GRR published the second edition of Blue Rose, with design done primarily by Steve Kenson, Jack Norris, and Chris Pramas. The first edition was designed by Jeremy Crawford, Dawn Elliot, Steven Kenson, Alejandro Melchor, and John Snead.
